Homes for Homes gives homeowners a simple way to make that moment count for someone else too.

0.1% One square in a thousand. That's the share of the sale price you commit when you register.

A small share. A big difference.

When you register your property with Homes for Homes, you make a commitment to donate 0.1% of the sale price when your home is sold.

On a $1 million sale, that's $1,000.

The donation is made at settlement from your sale proceeds, so there's nothing to pay upfront. The donation is also tax-deductible.

    When you sell, your 0.1% contribution is made through the settlement process.

    Homes for Homes stays with the property, giving future owners the opportunity to continue the promise when they eventually sell.

Our part

You have enough to think about when you're selling. Here’s our part.

    We raise it early, while there is still time to register before you list.

    We connect you with Homes for Homes and help answer any legal questions.

  3. 3

    We include the special conditions that explain the pledge to your buyer.

    We handle the donation at settlement as part of the settlement disbursement, the same way we handle every other adjustment.

    We charge you nothing for any of it, and we take no commission from Homes for Homes. It’s a 100% taxable donation for you.

It shouldn't add more to your plate.
