Our fees are designed to be clear and upfront, so you know exactly what to expect at each step of your property matter. The prices below apply to Victoria and include GST. Government charges, search fees and other third-party costs (disbursements) are separate unless we say otherwise. We use the terms buyers and sellers throughout to keep things simple and consistent.
