Q: I did VOI for my bank already, can I skip it?
A: No. Your solicitor must complete a separate VOI. We can’t rely on your lender’s ID check.
Q: Can I reuse a VOI I did last year?
A: Possibly. VOI is valid for up to 2 years for your representative, we will need to verify that the prior VOI still complies with legal standards.
Q: What if I don’t have enough ID?
A: Speak to us early. We’ll help you explore options, including applying for identity documents or using alternative methods.

At Prepared, we make VOI simple, fast, and fully compliant. Talk to us about the easiest way to complete your ID check and keep your settlement on track.
